SILENT AUCTION GUIDELINES

The Silent Auction will be held on the Oracle Oaks Lodge grounds during the Hors d’oeuvres Under the Oaks Food and Wine Tasting Benefit.
The Silent Auction opens at 3 pm and closes at 4 pm.
All opening bids must meet or exceed the minimum bid indicated on the bid form. All subsequent bids must be made in the bid increment indicated on the bid form.
YOUR BID IS A CONTRACT. If you are the highest bidder and winner of an auction item you are obligated to purchase that item at the winning bid amount.
Silent auction items may not be removed from the silent auction tent by any bidder at any time.

SILENT AUCTION WINNERS

Silent auction winners will be posted at 4:30 pm at the designated silent auction payment area located outside the silent auction tent.
If you are indicated as the highest bidder for an auction item, a designated runner will retrieve your item upon completion of payment.
Accepted forms of payment include: VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Cash and Check.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
For winning bidders, the amount that is tax deductible is limited to excess payment over the value of the item. “Priceless” items may be fully deductible. Please consult your tax advisor for information.
